ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOUR BODY
The body is the Representation of the Concrete “I” in the Conditions of Reality. It is a consequence of the experience of the “Real aspect of the 'I' ”, which is under the pressure of stereotypes, prejudices, objectively established (in the corresponding society) judgments. The appearance of the body is connected with the Worldview and the level of awareness of its active conditions, as well as with character traits, customs, culture, habits, and with self-esteem. Self-love has a special influence on the condition of the body (its elusive radiance), the level of general training, and muscle tone. In principle, all this must be recognized as Body Culture and partly ‘self-esteem’ in the aspect of Self-Love; Appearance has some similarity with the product that you intend to 'Give' to Society. Such an impressive product is consumed contemplatively – almost like in the theater. Appearance definitely has exactly the corresponding effect on people, and has a direct connection with the attitude to Self. Self-Love, forms the body as necessary, taking into account all the individual characteristics of a person – providing positive impressions on other people, and using the invested “Charge of Love” so that it contributes to Development and the achievement of any Purposes;
